Tryouts for the 2025-2026 season will be held the first week of school.
- Tuesday, August 12, 2025 - Those interested in trying out will meet on the first day of school at the Plano Senior High Lecture Hall for tryout and team expectations.
- Wednesday, August 13, 2025 - Day 1 Tryouts. Meet at Twin Creeks Golf Course for round one of golf tryouts. A first round of cuts will be made at the end of the day to limit the number of golfers for day two.
- Thursday, August 14, 2025 - Day 2 Tryouts. Meet at The Courses at Watter's Creek where we will play 9 holes on the par 30 course to finalize cuts.
Requirements before attending tryouts:
- Each golfer must have new physical and medical history forms completed and updated in Rank One Sports, https://planoisd.rankonesport.com/New/NewInstructionsPage.aspx. Athletes will not be allowed to participate if Rank One is not complete and thus will not make the team.
- Golfer must be enrolled in 7th period Golf Athletics.
- Golfer must provide his or her own transportation to the golf course every school day. School transportation will not be provided.
- Twin Creeks: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
- Watter's Creek: Thursday
- Score requirements:
- Ladies below 120 from red tees for an 18-hole round of golf
- Men below 100 from blue tees for an 18-hole round of golf
